Hello, we are Jeanne and Hélène Karpov, high jewelry designers.
After spending almost 20 years working in prestigious and exclusive houses on the Place Vendôme in Paris, we decided to teach everything we know about gouache painting.
By the way, do you know what jewelry gouache is?
Technically, it is the art of painting jewelry in opaque watercolour.
There are not many people in the world who are masters at the art of gouache. We are very happy and proud to be among them.
What we are going to share is what we have learned over 19 years of practice on the Place Vendôme. In fact, some of the techniques we will show you, no one has showed them to us. We have literally discovered and refined them ourselves.
Jewelry gouache (or rendering) is an art in itself, don’t you think ?
